Is Froygo the one to make me millions?
Yussef Elleissy on 27th of October 2022
Most millionaires fail hundreds of times before they succeed. Froygo is my first shot, and whislt I did not intend it to make me millions, sort of expected it as a stepping stone, maybe it will? I'm currently taking it on a marketing pivot, so as to generate other people leads and so on. Make others money and they will make you millions. I am currently in the process of building a massive following, and then leveraging that. Alex Hormozi did say that the new currency of the world is attention, and look at it. Facebook is free, still monetized. Instagram is free, still monetized. Youtube is free, still monetized. Google fucking create GMAIL for absolutely free! And its still monetized. All I have to do is give out free froyo and then I can monetize that audience? You've gotta be kidding me that its that easy. Easy though to speak from the sidelines. I've talk alot over the past month, but no action has been taken to start giving out free froyo. All I have to do is advertise where I'll be and then give it out for free!

Indulge Desserts. My Second Truck
Yussef Elleissy on 5th February 2023
I've got Froygo running, it ended up making 25k in december, and 25k in January. 50k for a couple months isnt bad at all I'd say. I've got proof for all of this too, and its all filed correctly.
I've bought my second food trailer. A badly dilapidated run down trailer for $8500. I've begun fixing it up, and I believe that this will be the last week before it is out on the road. I have done almost everything myself, my lovely girlfriend has helped me with alot. I had a buisness partner for about 2 weeks, until he got a job offer and quit right away. I gave him all his money back and we went out seperate ways.
I will park this truck at 1083 Coburg, and do my best to make that place popular. A test of skills you may say.
Once I can get this one up and running, the next 5 will be easy as shit to create run and set up.
Indulge Desserts. 3 Months in.
Yussef Elleissy on 14th July 2023
So i've been running Indulge for about 3-4 months give or take. We opened our window on the 26th March 2023, and been a blast from there. I am a huge fan of influencer marketing, and I believe that this is what has culminated to our success so far. It is free advertising, Craig used to talk about "do the free stuff first" when we spoke about marketing, more like he told me all his marketing tricks.
I've got my first fulltime employee now, Mr Imran Riaz. Hes been with us for about a month now, and he has really excelled at what he has done. I always wondered how different I would be with an employee, but I'd say my life has stayed roughly the same, I've got a fancier car now, a Holden SS ute 2008 v8 6.0L. You can tell I really like it haha. NIce and murdered out. Anywhom, I've got my second trailer ready, and it should be finding a location and opening up soon. Running on good margins, about 40% EBIDTA. Huge fan of numbers, I love making excel sheets and running up my historical numbers. Not as much a fan of future projections, I think thats like jacking off, a dopamine reward before it is deserved. I'd rather focus on the systems, goals and strategies that lead there, rather than the goal itself. The score takes care of itself type of beat>>>. I'll still make some projections though. By the end of the year, both locations will be operating successfully, 3 staff members each, with 1 extra in rotation just incase of sick calls. I will be hitting 1.5-2k a day on average with both stores combined, I will still live in the same house, no point moving out, nor would I change anything really. I think I'll be generally having the same day to day, just making insane positive cashflow for my business.
